Nick's outdoors is founded by Nick Rowe, who has been mountaineering and climbing for over 20 years now. Nick is a fully qualified Professional Summer Mountain Leader and a member of our association, MTA. He is also a Qualified Rock Climbing Instructor RCI, Mountain Bike Instructor. “Here are a few words from Nick himself:” My love for the outdoors started as a child. I was also a member of the Royal Marine cadets, which also gave me a love of the outdoors. I joined the army in 1995 and had a full career of 24 years. My final years were spent at the UK Armed Forces Mountain School, Joint Services Mountain Training Centre JSMTC in North Wales; This led me to gain experience in most outdoor activities and delivering training to military personnel in mountaineering Summer Mountain foundation, mountain leader training MLT, rock climbing, mountain biking and currently in the Army reserves delivering Adventurous Training to units. I have ASL, RML and MBI military Quals.
