Sarah Price is the woman behind Walk Hay. In addition to being an experienced walk leader, Sarah also has coaching skills. She will take the time to find out about you and what your expectations, limitations & aspirations are. Care is taken of our walkers whatever their background or ability. There is assistance over stiles, tricky terrain, & hills are approached in steady stages when necessary. If you are new to countryside walking, you are returning after many years, or perhaps you are slightly nervous about walking due to a health condition, then you are in safe hands with us. Equally, if you are a keen walker with plenty of energy, then we will take that on board & make sure you have the best experience too.
